We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our Canyon Lake office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, ensuring smooth communication within the office, and supporting various departments to optimize workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supply inventory

Coordinate office activities

Supervise administrative staff

Assist in onboarding new employees

Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and travel

Oversee office equipment

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager
-
Proficiency in HR practices
-
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills

Knowledge of QuickBooks
-
Familiarity with phone systems
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
-
Proficient in clerical duties such as typing, filing, data entry, etc.

Background in training development is a plus

IT Field Technician -
New Braunfels, TX
Job Description
Job Type: FULL TIME (in person)
Responsibilities:

Complete fiber and wireless installs
-
Programming and wireless alignment

troubleshoot and repair install and support issues

Work with dispatch to make sure all calls are covered

Work with dispatchers to make sure all installs and trouble tickets get taken care of in a timely fashion

Must have valid TX driver's license
-
Must be able to follow procedures and fill paperwork out in a timely fashion

This position tends to work mostly independent out in the field to resolve wireless and network issues as they are reported

Training will be provided for position

We are seeking two skilled Tower / Telecommunications Technicians to join our team. As a Tower/Telecom Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various telecommunications systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Conducting repairs to telecom towers at a height

Reporting on possible hazards on telecom towers

Following work checklists and ensure operational compliance

Following instructions set out by the scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs)

Completing work to customer specifications

Troubleshooting tower issues

Expanding network coverage

Performing equipment swaps and site upgrades

Help build towers

Read blue prints

Install and align antennas

We are seeking two skilled and customer-oriented Field Technicians to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems are functioning properly. Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients

Install data cabling and fiber for clients

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software

Set up and troubleshoot computer networks, including LAN and VPN connections
-
Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve technical issues remotely

Conduct system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks

Train clients on how to use various software applications and tools

Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference
